This is where participants often have the biggest insights. Lessons cover the cortisol-glucose connection, practical sleep hygiene, and how to use the CGM as a stress biofeedback tool.
A short walk after a meal can reduce a post-meal glucose spike by up to 30%. Employees explore how different types and timing of physical activity affect their data, and learn practical strategies that do not require a gym. The focus is on embedding movement into a real workday, not adding a training regimen.
By now employees have five weeks of their own glucose data. This week focuses on interpreting longer-term trends: identifying personal trigger foods, evaluating improvements since Week 1, and building a personal metabolic profile. Participants learn how to use this data going forward without needing a CGM continuously.
The final week transitions employees from sensor-dependent feedback to durable habits. Lessons cover habit stacking, how to maintain improvements without ongoing CGM use, and how to use periodic CGM check-ins to course-correct. A bonus module on long-term metabolic health is unlocked on completion.
