What’s Included

The Full Program, Not a Demo

Pilot participants run the complete CGM at Work program. Nothing is abbreviated or held back. The only difference from a paid engagement is the program fee.

  • Full 6-Week Curriculum
30+ video and audio lessons covering glucose biology, nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement. Same content as the paid program, no exceptions.
  • Spike-Proof Plate Framework
The meal-construction system at the core of the program, delivered in Week 2.
  • Spike-Check Field Guide
Practical reference guide for evaluating meals, snacks, and common workplace food situations against CGM data.
  • Peer Community Portal
Moderated community where pilot employees can share observations, ask questions, and support each other through the program.
  • Worksheets, Playbooks & Bonus Module
All downloadable resources and the long-term sustainability module, unlocked on Week 6 completion.
  • Before/After Completion Report
Aggregate, anonymized program outcomes report delivered to your HR team at program close. Measurable data to evaluate the program before any further commitment.
One Additional Cost (Not Included)

The CGM sensor is not included in the pilot. Each participating employee will need an OTC continuous glucose monitor for the program period — approximately $89–$99 per person. Organizations can cover this cost, reimburse employees, or allow use of HSA/FSA funds. We can advise on the simplest approach for your company.

What You Get Back

A Measurable Result, Not Just Participation

The pilot is designed to give HR leaders concrete data to evaluate the program against real outcomes before any broader rollout.

Program Completion Report
Enrollment count, lesson-by-lesson completion rates, and overall engagement metrics. Delivered within 5 days of program close.
Employee Satisfaction Summary
Aggregate self-reported satisfaction and outcome survey results from participating employees at program close.
No Commitment at Close
The pilot ends with no obligation. If you want to expand the program, you can request a group pricing proposal. If you don't, there is nothing to cancel.
Honest Evaluation
We offer the pilot because we are confident the results speak for themselves. If they do not for your organization, we would rather know that early than have you as a dissatisfied customer later.

Eligibility

Who Qualifies for the Free Pilot

The pilot has a short list of requirements. Most Utah-based employers with a health-conscious culture will qualify.

  • Utah-based company
Your organization must be headquartered or have a primary office in Utah. Remote-first teams with Utah employees also qualify.
  • At least 5 employees ready to participate
Pilots work best with a minimum of 5 enrolled employees. We can work with a single department or a company-wide offer depending on your size.
  • HR or leadership champion
We need one internal contact who will send the enrollment announcement and be available for the completion report debrief. This is a low time commitment — typically 1–2 hours total.
  • Willingness to provide feedback
Pilot companies agree to share aggregate program outcomes with us for product improvement purposes. No individual employee data is involved.

Not in Utah?

The free pilot is currently limited to Utah-based companies as we scale operations. If you are outside Utah, you can still run the full paid program — group pricing is available for teams of 10 to 10,000+ nationwide.
